Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information navicardx collects when you use this site, and how it's used. We collect the minimum needed to run the shop and respond to you.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. When you contact us or submit the Sell & Trade form: your name, email, and whatever details or photos you choose to share. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship orders, respond to inquiries and Sell & Trade submissions, and keep records required for accounting and tax purposes. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Stripe for payment processing, our shipping carrier for delivery, and our website/email infrastructure providers. Each is bound by its own privacy and security practices.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Email us and we'll take care of it.
